Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for regular products. For custom OEM filters (non-standard dimensions or end-cap configurations), MOQ is also 500 units for the first production run. We can discuss smaller trial orders for new partners — please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Standard products (10", 20", GAC, CTO) are dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation and payment. Delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on location. Custom OEM filters take 2–3 weeks for the first production run. Repeat orders of custom products are treated as standard lead time after the initial run.

All parts used in our water filter products are food-safe compliant, tested as per NSF standards (NSF/ANSI 42 for aesthetic effects and NSF/ANSI 53 for health effects). Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management. WQA sustainability certification is currently in progress. We provide batch QC certificates with every shipment.

Yes fully. We can manufacture carbon block filters in virtually any cylindrical dimension, length, and micron rating. We also support any end-cap configuration (flat, spigot, DOE, SOE, 222, 226, etc.) and can provide private-label packaging with your brand. Coconut shell activated carbon has a naturally superior micro-porous structure with a surface area of 1,000+ m²/g — significantly higher than coal-based carbon (600–800 m²/g). This translates directly to better chlorine reduction, VOC adsorption, and taste/odour removal performance. We are carbon filter manufacturer using exclusively coconut shell — no coal, no mixed sources, ever.

Compression carbon blocks are made by pressing activated carbon powder into a solid block under high pressure — this gives more precise control over micron structure, better porosity, and higher wettability. Extruded blocks are formed by pushing a carbon-binder mixture through a die — faster to produce but less structurally consistent. NIRA-X compression blocks outperform extruded alternatives by 2X+ on key metrics including chlorine reduction, particle reduction, and flow consistency.

Typical filter life depends on water quality and usage: our 10" carbon block filters are rated for 10,000–12,000 litres or 12 months under normal residential RO conditions. Industrial and commercial grade (20" Big Blue) are rated for 40,000+ litres. All ratings are based on NSF standard test conditions. We recommend replacement based on whichever limit is reached first — volume or time.
